Inoculate with Lactobacillus leichmannii ATCC7830

Detection range: 0.01 ng～0.2 ng/tube (5 mL)

Incubation temperature should be constant (37°C ± 0.5°C).

Detection range: 2.5 ng～25 ng/tube (10 mL)
Incubation temperature 30°C ± 0.5°C for 16-24 hours.

Detection range: 0.2 ng～2 ng/tube (5 mL), 0.05 ng～0.5 ng/tube (2 mL)
Incubation temperature 30°C ± 0.5°C for 16-24 hours.

Inoculate with Lactobacillus arabinosus strain 17-5 ATCC 8014

Detection range: 0.2 ng～2 ng/tube (10 mL), 0.1 ng～1 ng/tube (5 mL), 0.05 ng～0.5 ng/tube (2 mL).

Incubation temperature 37°C ± 0.5°C for 16-24 hours.

With Kanamycin. Without Phenol Red, L-Glutamine and Sodium Bicarbonate. Autoclavable.
Packaging: 100g

This medium promotes the growth of mammalian cells such as HeLa.

Its formulation in powder (100g) permits the preparation of up to 10 L of liquid media.
